Job Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Teaching employment skills and assist with resume and portfolio development.
Guiding individuals in internship placements and job training.
Supporting business partners with student orientation and job coaching.
Monitoring student progress and performance at assigned job sites.
Coordinating transportation and travel training for students.
Participating in employment meetings and program evaluations.
Location: Canton-based with travel to assigned job sites
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Up to $19.25 per hour

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Two years of college in Special Education, Rehabilitation, or a related field (preferred)
- One year of experience in Health, Education, Rehabilitation, or Residential Services (preferred)
- Valid CT driver’s license (minimum 3 years in the U.S., No suspensions, DUIs, multiple accidents, moving violations.)
- Ability to navigate Therap (web-based documentation system)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- PMT & CPR-First Aid-AED certification required (training provided)
