Job Description

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the residential program, implementing procedures, and supporting individual training programs that enhance opportunities for participants to reach their highest level of independence. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring proper medication administration, and managing participant financial transactions. The Manager works closely with the Residential Director or Coordinator to ensure high-quality support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Job Requirements

Working knowledge of adults with special needs is essential.
High School Diploma or GED required; a BA degree or substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Safe and valid driving record.
Must be available for flexible work schedules.
Ability to demonstrate and coordinate complex systems and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Experience in staff supervision and implementing individual training programs.
Must be comfortable dispensing medication and utilizing Therap for program-related documentation.
